1. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver within Malaysia only (West Malaysia and selected areas in East Malaysia).

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

  • West Malaysia: Estimated 3–7 business days.

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Estimated 7–14 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier service and location.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery address of your order.

  • Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Bulky Items (Tables & Chairs)

  • Large furniture items (plastic tables, chairs, and similar bulky items) may require special handling and additional delivery fees.

  • Our team will contact you for confirmation if additional charges apply.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order directly on the courier’s website.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.

  • If the courier fails to deliver due to missed delivery attempts, customers are responsible for rearranging delivery or self-collection at the courier branch.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with photo evidence.

  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
